The Oscar’s: 2015 Fashion Review

Who watches the Oscar’s?

I don’t think I have ever tuned in to the awards show, however I’m always interested in what people wore!

Take a look at some of my favorite and not so favorite styles from last night:

Gwyneth Paltrow in Ralph & Russo

I like the color and the dress…kind of…like I can do without that flower applique added to the shoulder. I think the dress fits her nicely, but a nice red, black or white would have done her justice for the night, just something simple and chic.

Lupita Nyong’o in Custom Calvin Klein Collection

Now ya’ll know…she makes NO Fashion mistakes in my eyes lol.

apparently 6,000 pearls were used for this custom-made dress…WOWZERS!

Lady Gaga in custom Azzedine Alaia

This dress is a hit and miss for me. For one the red gloves are awkward and distracting. Lady Gag looks lovely as far as makeup and hair…I don’t know this dress…is just ok for me.

Reese Witherspoon looks amazing in her custom Tom Ford dress!

Jennifer Lopez looks GORGEOUS in Elie Saab Couture, and reportedly she is wearing Neil Lane jewelry worth $2.5 million!

LOL my co-worker said Jared Leto looks like Pee-wee Herman!

Jared is rockin’ Givenchy…however he looks pretty odd…not his best.

Viola Davis looks absolutely STUNNING in Zac Posen!

Natural Hair, makeup and jewelry…it’s just all on POINT!

Octavia Spencer in Tadashi Shoji

I do not like this dress. The dress make her look frumpy or maybe it’s just how she is standing. I’m also not a fan of the color and the front of the dress, the train is fine…I don’t know this dress is just not appealing to me.

Nicole Kidman in custom-made Louis Vuitton

I dislike this dress, I feel like it washes her out. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for pale people rocking whatever, this dress though is just not flattering in color….she should’ve worn a red gown.
